Choosing a mattress is an important decision, but not always an easy one. Body shape, sleeping habits, comfort preferences, and individual needs make every person unique. That is why Altrenotti developed ComfortApp®, an innovative consultancy system that combines almost 100 years of expertise in sleep solutions with advanced technology to guide customers toward a more informed and conscious choice.
ComfortApp® was created from the belief that innovation should serve everyday well-being. It is not simply an app, but a comprehensive guided experience that analyses multiple aspects of sleep and translates them into practical recommendations for identifying the most suitable mattress.
The data analysis process
The process is carried out in several stages. Through a dedicated questionnaire, information is collected regarding body characteristics, sleeping habits, comfort preferences, and previous experiences with the mattress currently in use. This data is then integrated with the analysis provided by ComfortMap, a device equipped with 1,664 sensors capable of measuring parameters such as contact area, pressure distribution, load symmetry, and pressure concentration points.
The processing of this information enables the AI Sleep Advisor to create a personalized sleep profile and recommend solutions that best match the user's characteristics and expectations. Not a medical consultation, but an advanced guidance tool designed to reduce uncertainty and make the search for the ideal mattress more accurate and effective.
The You&Me function
Particularly noteworthy is the You&Me function, developed specifically for couples. By analysing two different sleep profiles, ComfortApp® can identify configurations that address the needs of both partners, enabling personalized comfort on each side of the mattress.

In October, Altrenotti welcomed journalists and industry professionals to present the brand's latest innovations, including the launch of ComfortApp®.
